Once you book, you will be prompted to fill out a verification form and input your credit card for a security deposit. The security deposit will be HELD (not charged, think like a hotel holds your cc) 7 days before check in. This is not a charge. This will be released as long as house rules are respected and there is no damage/missing items.

**For VRBO or BOOKING.COM reservations, if you choose to cancel, you will be subject to my cancellation policy and will not be refunded the 3.5% credit card processing fees**


***BED/ROOM CONFIGURATION:
Ground floor (no stairs): Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king bed. There are two pull out sofa beds that can fit 2 people each bed (queen and full)
Second story (1 flight of stairs):
-Bedroom with King bed and a single bed
-Bedroom with double bed
-Bedroom with bunk beds (double and single)
Third story (ladder stairs from middle room): Double bed
-2 roll out cots for small adults or children
Please note: The upstairs middle room is open ceiling with barn door and has access to the third floor bedroom
